Associate

Paul Felice joined Fenech and Fenech Advocates in 2023. He is in Associate within the Corporate and Commercial Department of the firm, specialising in commercial advisory and commercial litigation.

He attended the University of Malta, having successfully completed a Bachelor of Laws and graduating with a Doctorate in Laws, defending a thesis entitled ‘Insolvency proceedings of Maltese companies: A critical overview of selected issues with particular reference to recent jurisprudence.’ Paul was subsequently admitted to the Maltese bar in 2018.

Paul routinely represents clients in commercial litigious disputes, including those having cross border element given his knowledge of the EU recognition and enforcement mechanisms. His expertise includes commercial law, liquidations, insolvency & restructuring.
