Partner Gianpiero Succi specialises in corporate M&A at a national and international level, with focus on cross-border matters in African markets, heavy industry, energy and financial institutions. He also handles private clients matters, mainly in relation to successions and generational transfers, management of family estates, trusts, foundations, and governance.

He is in charge for the development of the Ethiopian practice and of the other Sub-Saharan African jurisdictions, and holds the roles of leader of the Private Clients Focus Team and member of the Corporate Governance Focus Team.
