Anna is an expert in sector-specific regulation, specializing in energy and environmental law, including Renewable Energy, Oil & Gas, E-Mobility, and Waste Management.

She leads complex project development deals, demonstrating a proven record in navigating intricate regulatory frameworks, transaction structuring, and high-stakes contractual negotiations.

With deep knowledge of Public Procurement Law, Anna advises clients on the structuring and management of tender processes and represents both private and public entities in litigation.

Her hands-on experience includes four years seconded to legal departments of leading companies in energy and FMCG, providing strategic counsel on compliance and high-profile business transactions.

She also contributes to Energy Law publications and speaks at industry conferences.
