John has been with Dirkzwager since 1997 and works in commercial real estate, particularly in the areas of purchases and sales (transaction practice), area and project development. 

John completed the Grotius Specialisation course in Real Estate (Cum Laude) and lectures real estate professionals on various topics affecting real estate. For example, John lectures at Nijenrode University as part of the Real Estate Deal Optimisation Masterclass, the Healthcare Real Estate Masterclass and is editor of the journal Real Estate Law. John also regularly publishes on various legal topics.

John's strength lies in assisting in the thorough preparation of structured sales processes, identifying and eliminating legal risks and negotiating legal aspects of purchase agreements. John has a proactive attitude and provides solicited or unsolicited advice. In doing so, he ensures that the interests of clients are properly safeguarded.
