Lawyer - Partner

Robert is a partner in the Government & Real Estate department. He specialises in buying and selling (healthcare) property, project developments, construction and tenancy law as well as the specific regulations for housing associations. He is a guest lecturer at Radboud University, a lecturer at the Healthcare Real Estate Masterclass and a permanent editor for the Rent Law section of the Real Estate Law magazine. Robert is one of the few lawyers in the Netherlands who is also a member of the RICS.

Robert's interest in real estate goes far beyond the rulebook. For instance, he not only understands construction law, but also engineering and knows what is going on in the market. He understands how an entrepreneur thinks. Robert's strength is that he is creative and translates complex issues into clear, practical advice. In his spare time, as chairman of the Bouwsociëteit Arnhem, Robert enjoys leading its members on project visits in the city of Arnhem.
