Partner Mika Kärkkäinen is a seasoned employment law professional known for his trusted advice and hands-on approach to client matters. In addition to his advisory work, he has substantial experience representing employers in dispute resolution. He has acted as counsel to employers in a number of cases before the Supreme Court of Finland and has argued three cases before the European Court of Justice. Mika Kärkkäinen is also frequently engaged to conduct internal investigations.

Mika Kärkkäinen is regularly invited to lecture and share his knowledge at various professional events. He is co-author of three books on employment law.
