Partner Juha-Pekka Mutanen advises lenders and borrowers in financing arrangements, market participants in securities law issues and public and private companies in M&A transactions.

He acts as Lead Partner in complex finance arrangements, including restructurings and project finance, and advises on M&A transactions, regulatory and securities law matters. He has advised clients in a number of industries including energy and infrastructure, mining, financial services, insurance, health care, consumer products and transportation.
