Emmanuel Chauve, Partner, specialises in business and property tax, in a national as well as international background. His practice also includes specific matters such as real estate tax, SIICs and real estate investment funds.

He benefits from a strong experience among several international law firms, such as Jones Day (2003-2004) and Ernst & Young Law (1989-2002), and advises his clients in relation to national and international transactions. He joined De Pardieu Brocas Maffei as a partner in 2005.

Admitted to the Paris Bar in 1993, Emmanuel Chauve holds an advanced degree (DESS) in tax law from the University of Bourgogne (1989) where he now teaches international tax law.
