Guillaume Touttée, Partner, specialises in mergers and acquisitions, securities law, private equity and in Distressed M&A. He mainly advises companies in the financing industry, industrial groups and investment funds on transactions in France and abroad.

He joined De Pardieu Brocas Maffei as a partner in 2002, after working as associate in the law firm Debevoise & Plimpton (2000-2002) and after holding responsibilities at BNP Paribas’ legal and tax department then at AXA’s central legal department.

He holds an advanced degree (DEA) in Economic and Social Law from the University of Paris IX Dauphine (1991), as well as two master’s degrees in Business and Tax Law from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas (1990) and in Management from the University of Paris IX Dauphine.
