Paul Talbourdet, Partner, specialises in real estate investment and finance, as well as complexe real estate structurings (especially commercial leasing). His practice also focuses on insurance, insolvency law and litigation.

He manages the firm's Real Estate transaction and Dispute Resolution teams.

After working at Gide Loyrette Nouel as an associate (1989-1994), he joined the firm De Pardieu Brocas Maffei in 1994 and was coopted as a partner in 1999.

Paul Talbourdet acts as member of the Board of the Friends of the BnF Association (French National Library); he is a member of the editorial committee of Opérations Immobilières (real estate monthly publication of Le Moniteur) and a class representative of the ESCP alumni association.

He graduated from ESCP (1989) and holds a master degree in private law from the University of Paris II-Assas (1990).

He is also the co-author of several articles and publications in his practice areas.
