Magali Masson, partner, specialises in Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate and Private Equity.

She mainly advises her French and international clients in the context of mergers, acquisitions and private equity transactions. Magali has developed an extensive expertise in the organization and coordination of complex and/or cross-border transactions. She also intervenes in the restructuring of financially-distressed businesses and has substantial expertise in strategic alliances and industrial or commercial partnerships.

Magali Masson joined De Pardieu Brocas Maffei in January 2020 as Partner. She started her career at the Jeantet law firm in 1997, and then joined Salès, Vincent et Associés in 1999 and MinterEllison (Sydney, Australia) in 2001 before joining the Franklin law firm in 2003, where she became a Partner in 2015.

Magali was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2000 and to the New-York Bar in 1999. She holds a Masters’ Degree (DESS) in Business and Tax Law from the University of Paris II – Panthéon-Assas (1997), and a Masters’ Degree in Anglo-American legal studies (MIEJA – Magistère international d’études juridiques anglo-américaines) from the University of Paris Ouest Nanterre La Défense (1995). She also attended an LLM Program (Master of Laws) in International Business Law, Intellectual Property and Antitrust from the University of Texas at Austin, School of Law (1996).
