Herbert Pimmer has been an of counsel at DORDA since 2015. His focus is on corporate law as well as civil and civil procedure law.

Before joining us, his career led him to the Austrian Supreme Court. From 2006 to 2014, he was chairman of the 6th Senate for companies' register and company law matters.

In addition, Herbert has lectured at the University of Vienna and at the Vienna University of Economics and Business for 30 years. Since 2017, he has been a lecturer on private law at the Sigmund Freud Private University Vienna. In 2008, the University of Vienna granted him an honorary professorship in civil procedural law.

Since 2002, Herbert has been chairman of the arbitration commissions at the Academy of Fine Arts Vienna and at the University of Veterinary Medicine Vienna.
