Lukas Herrmann joined DORDA's M&A team in 2017 and has been involved in various national and international transactions, sell-side as well as buy-side. He has profound knowledge in structuring and advising on M&A transactions, with a strong emphasis on Start-Ups, Venture Capital and Private Equity. Lukas Herrmann is the head of DORDA's start-up Dedicated Industry Group. Before joining DORDA, Lukas gained experience at Austrian law firms in Vienna as well as in the public and private sector in Austria and abroad. Lukas studied law at the Universities of Vienna and Bologna
