Efthalia Sarri is a Partner at KG Law Firm and a dual-qualified EU and UK lawyer advising financial institutions, listed companies and fintech businesses on high-impact complex financial regulatory and capital markets matters across EU and UK. Over the past two decades, she has developed a broad banking and financial regulatory practice at the intersection of regulatory strategy, capital markets and financial product innovation. She advises banks, investment firms, payment institutions and asset managers on the design and implementation of major regulatory reform initiatives, including post-Brexit regulatory developments, FCA supervisory frameworks, the Consumer Duty, sustainable finance and ESG regulation, operational resilience and conduct and governance requirements.
