Panos specializes in civil, commercial and criminal penal law and has handled over the years many complex litigation cases. He has acted as advisor to various Governmental Organizations, Institutions of public law as well as an advisor to Greek Ministers and the Prime Minister’s office in relation to public law issues.

Panos between January 2018 and July 2019 served as Head of the Greek Delegation of Council of Bars and Law Societies of Europe (CCBE) the body that is recognized as the voice of the European legal profession representing, through its members, more than 1 million European lawyers.

Finally, Panos served as General Secretary of Justice and Human Rights to the Ministry of Justice from 15-7-2019 to 1-8-2024. He served also same time as President of Judicial Buildings Monetary Fund, of Council for graces to convicted citizens, of Ministry’s Digital Governance Committee, of Council against Racism and Intolerance, of Council for Children’s Rights and member of Government Committee against Corruption.
