Konstantinos is with the Restructuring & Insolvency and Insurance teams of the firm.

In Restructuring & Insolvency, he represents companies in distress in out-of-court restructuring efforts or judicial restructuring proceedings. Also, he is advising creditors in all issues related with their participation in restructuring schemes. He provides legal opinions on complex issues arising from the involvement of clients of all sectors of business in transactions presenting insolvency aspects.

In Insurance, Konstantinos is regularly dealing for insurers, intermediaries as well as policy-holders/insured parties, on various issues of interpretation of insurance contracts, both on a contentious or non-contentious basis, and on mediation or cooperation agreements.

He has also led acquisition deals involving the insurance and reinsurance sectors and has coordinated the team on various projects relating with the launching of new insurance products and has a vast experience in providing legal advice on matters of insurance policies as well as reviewing compliance with Greek law.

Apart from the above focus sectors, he is also experienced in Banking & Finance as well as Shipping law, having devoted to the relevant fields a considerable part of his practice.
