His practice spans the full spectrum of competition law, with particular emphasis on cartel and abuse of dominance investigations, merger control, antitrust compliance, and State aid.
He regularly advises and represents leading multinational and domestic clients before the Hellenic Competition Commission, the European Commission, and the Greek administrative courts, including in high-stakes adversarial proceedings and settlement procedures. He has a strong track record in navigating complex regulatory environments and delivering strategic, commercially attuned solutions in sensitive investigations and transactions.
Konstantinos is recognised for combining deep technical expertise with pragmatic, commercially focused advice, supporting clients across a wide range of industries, including consumer products and retail, financial services, digital markets and online platforms, transport, energy, and pharmaceuticals.
He also has significant experience in designing and implementing antitrust compliance programmes and delivering dawn raid preparedness trainings for senior management and in-house legal teams.
Prior to joining KG, Konstantinos practised competition law at leading law firms in Brussels and Greece. He also has experience within the Competition Team of the Legal Service of the European Commission, providing him with valuable perspective on EU competition enforcement at institutional level.
