Lydia is a Partner of the Project Development, Startups & Innovations Department. She studied Law at National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and holds an LL.M in Corporate Law from Law School Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich since 2002.

Lydia specializes in mergers & acquisitions, financing, capital markets transactions and corporate restructuring by focusing on transactions regarding privatizations, infrastructure   and energy projects, investments on the real estate.
