Senior associate

Xavier Morera specializes in private M&A transactions and private equity and venture capital investments. He generally advises national and international funds and corporations on their investments in various sectors, particularly the technology sector, as well as advising technology founders and startups.

He also assists clients to design and implement executive remuneration systems, management incentive plans for managers and founders, and private equity roll-over structures.

He regularly advises Spanish and foreign companies on all aspects of corporate and commercial law and is secretary of the board of directors of several Spanish companies.

He lectures on commercial law in the Bachelor of Laws and Business Administration at ESADE Business & Law School.
