Natalie Pifarré advises on all aspects related to land planning, urban planning and management, urban regulation and municipal licenses. She is an expert in the applicable regimes for (i) different residential types and models (including subsidized and unoccupied housing, and new models such as co-living, flex living and build to rent); (ii) the tourism industry, and (iii) urban developments of all land types.

She also advises on matters concerning environmental law (environmental permits, contaminated land, court files and proceedings regarding planning instruments with environmental components) and particularly waste and packaging.

She analyzes the urban planning and environmental aspects concerning buying, selling and financing companies and assets.
