Andrés Carpintero has extensive experience in advising Spanish and foreign clients on all kinds of matters involving public procurement, particularly matters relating to public-private partnerships.

His practice also covers preventive advice and advice in the pre-conflict phase, and the legal supervision and defense of public and private companies, challenging actions and administrative decisions before the administrative and judicial-review courts.

He has written several legal articles for specialized journals.

He is a member of the Madrid Bar Association.
