Marta Máñez focuses her practice on private and sport-related mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and investment transactions. She also advises clients in the sports industry on corporate governance and contractual matters, particularly driver contracts and sponsorship arrangements.

She is also an expert in corporate disputes, designing and implementing legal strategies, as well as in the governance of family businesses.

She is secretary of the boards of directors of and legal advisor to several companies, including those in the sports industry.

Before joining Cuatrecasas, she worked at an international leading law firm.

She speaks regularly at forums on matters related to mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance.

She is a member of the Madrid Bar Association.
