Maria Raquel Moreira advises companies in trouble and on asset recovery matters, as well as on insolvency and restructuring proceedings.

She advises clients from different sectors, including financial institutions and banks, large national and international companies, and public companies.

From 1995 to 2022, she worked at SLCM - Serra Lopes, Cortes Martins & Associados, a full-service law firm with over 60 years of activity that merged with Cuatrecasas in 2023.

She is a member of the Portuguese Bar Association.
