Miguel Lencastre Monteiro focuses his practice on M&A transactions and energy law, advising on share sales and purchases, corporate restructurings, joint ventures and project development.

He regularly works with some of the major players in the energy sector, advising on the full spectrum of renewable technologies—hydro, solar, wind, hybrid projects and storage—throughout the different stages of development and operation. He also advises on renewable energy projects and the transition towards carbon neutrality.

He is a member of the Portuguese Bar Association.
