Diana Avillez Caldeira advises on banking transactions, direct lending, debt restructurings (including crossborder), special situations and the acquisition of distressed debt and non-performing loans (NPLs).

She has handled high-profile deals in energy, infrastructure and project finance, as well as real estate finance deals.

In 2017, she completed a secondment at Novo Banco and, between 2015 and 2016, she completed a secondment at our Maputo office and Eni East Africa Mozambican branch.
