Dario Bregante specializes in financial regulation and fintech.

He has worked in leading national and international law firms, where he   led the financial regulation and fintech practices, and in the Banking,   Insurance and Pension Funds Superintendency (SBS), where he was responsible   for implementing key regulatory projects for the Peruvian financial system.

He is a member of the Callao Bar Association.

He received a Chevening scholar (the UK Government’s global scholarship   program) and a Mansion House scholar as a personal gift from the Lord Mayor   of London.

He is the author of various publications on financial regulation and   fintech, and speaks at Latin American forums on finance law.
