Sybil O’ Reilly advises companies, investment funds and all types of agents in the real estate sector on negotiating and implementing real estate transactions. This includes advising on selling real estate assets and companies, creating real estate joint ventures, financing real estate projects, and negotiating and executing all types of agreements with underlying real estate assets. She also advises on corporate matters, including M&A.

Before joining Cuatrecasas, she worked at other leading law firms in Chile.
