Josefina Durán focuses her practice on the real estate sector, advising clients on acquiring, developing, building and, later, selling or operating the projects. She advises on negotiating contracts and legal documents, including sales agreements, promises, lease agreements, internal rules, and co-ownership rules, as well as reviewing ownership titles. Josefina also has experience in civil and corporate law.
