Position

Hanne Aarsheim is a partner at Mannheimer Swartling and part of the firm’s Dispute Resolution practice group as well as the Shipping, Transport and Logistics industry group.

Hanne’s work covers all types of commercial disputes, with a particular focus on arbitration and challenges to arbitral awards. She has acted as counsel in arbitrations under, among others, the SCC, ICC and UNCITRAL rules, both in Sweden and abroad. She has experience in disputes across a wide range of areas and industries, including supply agreements, shipbuilding contracts, transport agreements, financial contracts, and more, with a particular emphasis on shipping and energy/oil and gas. Hanne is also specialised in shipping and has extensive experience with various types of contracts, such as shipbuilding agreements, joint venture agreements, conversion/refit contracts, and the purchase and sale of vessels.
