Senior Associate in the Healthcare Department

Adrian is a Senior Associate Solicitor in the Healthcare team at CKT. Adrian works in healthcare litigation, defending clinical negligence claims against public bodies and private clinicians.

In his role in CKT, Adrian advises clinical practitioners and indemnity bodies on the defence of medical negligence claims. He assists in investigating and advising on catastrophic injury claims as part of a team based approach. Prior to joining CKT, Adrian worked with highly regarded defendant and plaintiff firms in the area of clinical litigation including managing a challenging case load of vaccine related claims

Adrian has been involved in claims of the utmost severity on behalf of both defendants and plaintiffs and has previously managed a large caseload of professional indemnity, employer’s liability, public liability, motor and property damage claims. These cases involved adopting strategies to facilitate the best possible outcome for the client and included defending other professionals including architects, accountants and engineers as well as advising on insurance policy coverage and indemnity issues.

He also has experience of working in the area of insurance defence litigation with a particular focus on professional indemnity claims. He has extensive experience in representing clients in the Circuit Court and High Court.
