Aoife is a Solicitor in the Healthcare team at CKT’s Dublin office. She advises on proceedings under the Assisted-Decision Making (Capacity) Act 2015, mental health law, the inherent jurisdiction of the High Court, and childcare law. Aoife regularly advises social workers and medical professionals on matters involving sensitive health and social care issues.

Aoife has experience representing clients across all levels of the Courts, from District Court to the Supreme Court in the area of Mental Health Law and Child Protection.
