Niamh is a Solicitor in the Healthcare team at CKT’s Dublin office.

Niamh advises on matters involving sensitive and complex health and social care issues including mental health, wardship, the inherent jurisdiction of the High Court, and proceedings under the Assisted Decision-Making (Capacity) Act 2015.

Niamh has experience across a wide variety of areas of litigation and has represented clients before the Courts at all levels, appearing before the District, Circuit, and High Courts, as well as  Dublin District Coroner’s Court. Prior to joining CKT, Niamh worked as an In-House Solicitor within the Public Sector.
