Ellen is a Solicitor in the Healthcare Operational team at CKT’s Dublin office.

Ellen advises on matters involving sensitive health and social care issues including mental health, proceedings under the Assisted Decision Making (Capacity) Act 2015 and the inherent jurisdiction of the High Court.

Ellen has experience across a wide variety of areas of litigation and has represented clients before the Courts at all levels, appearing before the District, Circuit and High Courts.
