Con is a Solicitor in our Healthcare, Child Law and Litigation departments. Prior to joining CKT, Con trained and practiced as a Criminal Defence Solicitor in Limerick City for a leading Criminal Defence Firm.

Con appears in Courts throughout Munster and Connaught dealing with complex and sensitive healthcare and mental health matters pursuant to the Mental Health Act and the Assisted Decision Making and Capacity Act.

An experienced advocate, Con has represented and advised clients on novel legal issues pertaining to Mental Health Law such as; dealing with vulnerable persons and the right to cross examination, admissibility of witness evidence being given outside the jurisdiction by way of television link, disclosure of documentary evidence outside the jurisdiction and judicial review.
