She advises on all aspects of Family Law including Judicial Separation, Divorce, and private child law issues such as custody, access, guardianship and financial issues to include maintenance applications. Sinead has vast practical experience in all areas of litigation and extensive advocacy skills in the Courts. She focuses on providing practical, cost effective solutions to complex situations.

Sinead also advises State bodies on issues of Child Law and Family Law.

Prior to joining CKT Sinead developed her skills in general practice, specialising in Litigation and Family Law. She has also worked as a legal auditor advising solicitors’ firms on risk management procedures.
