Partner - Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Luca provides assistance on complex disputes both in court and in arbitration, in the areas of banking and finance law -where he acts for financial institutions, particularly in disputes (including mass litigation and class actions) relating to loan structures, structured finance, involving allegations of mis-selling, misconduct, misrepresentation, deceit, fraud, breach of duty, contractual interpretation, breach of transactional documentation as well as on matters of enforcement, restitution and insolvency- as well as in the areas of insurance, commercial, corporate, tort, real estate and succession law. He has authored numerous publications in his areas of expertise.

Luca Ferrari joined the Firm in 2010 and became Partner in 2018. In 2013 and 2014, he was a Visiting Lawyer at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP in New York. Luca is Head of the "Finance & Financial Services Litigation" Practice Area.
