Alessandro has a wide-ranging expertise in the banking and finance sector and has experience in working in a range of sectors and industries, including financial services, real estate and energy and infrastructure. He has extensive experience in advising on leveraged and acquisition finance, real estate finance, project finance (energy) and debt restructuring in cross-border and domestic transactions, both in Italian law and English law transactions.
