Patrizia is a corporate real estate lawyer with over 20 years of experience in M&A and private equity. She advises leading Italian and international investors on real estate transactions embedded in corporate and investment structures. Patrizia has extensive experience in structuring and executing investment and co-investment projects across all major asset classes, including retail, office, residential, hospitality, logistics, data centres, and alternative sectors. Her practice also encompasses development and urban regeneration projects.

Patrizia Liguti has been a Partner at Chiomenti since 2015 and is Co-Head of the Transactions Real Estate practice.
