Stefano advises listed and non-listed industrial and financial groups, as well as Italian and foreign private equity funds with a focus on M&A, joint ventures and other extraordinary transactions in various sectors (including banking, insurance, luxury, fashion, energy, and telecommunications). He has also gained a wealth of experience in corporate governance, corporate restructuring and real estate.

Stefano Mazzotti joined Chiomenti in 2001 and became a Partner in 2008.
