Counsel - Banking and Finance - Project Finance

Specialising in the banking and finance sector, and specifically, in project finance, Girolamo advises Italian and international clients (including corporate groups, banks, and investment funds) in the structuring, negotiation, and implementation of national and cross-border acquisition and project finance transactions.
Girolamo also provides legal advice on financing and refinancing in real estate finance.
