Alessandro advises Italian and international clients on M&A transactions, with a particular focus on real estate. He has significant experience in structuring complex deals involving various asset classes and regularly assists institutional investors, asset managers, and developers. His practice includes advising on structured investments in single assets, real estate portfolios, and investment funds, as well as on a broad range of real estate-related contracts, including lease and construction agreements.
