Senior associate - Corporate - M&A

Luca regularly advises both Italian and international clients (including investment funds and other regulated entities, institutional investors, and developers) on a broad range of M&A and real estate transactions. His practice focuses on extraordinary capital transactions, joint ventures, investment reorganisations and development projects. He has also developed significant experience in the hospitality sector, where he advises on both acquisitions and management of hotel businesses.
Luca is a member of the committee “Youth in the real estate” within Confindustria – Assoimmobiliare.

Luca Cerciello joined the Firm in 2018 and became a Managing Associate in 2025.
