Counsel - Antitrust and EU Law

Alessandra’s practice focuses primarily on national and EU competition law (cartels, abuse of dominant position, mergers). She has also gained extensive experience in competition law compliance programs, unfair commercial practices, unfair competition, and abuse of economic dependence. Alessandra regularly advises leading national and international companies and financial institutions on complex matters. She is also involved in EU and national litigation before Italian civil and administrative courts as well as the European courts.

Alessandra Prastaro joined the Firm in 2012. From 1999 she served as Associate and from 2006 as Counsel at a leading international law firm.
