Carola assists Italian and foreign clients in relation to the development and acquisition of projects in the energy and infrastructure sectors, with a particular focus on energy from renewable sources (wind power projects, biomass-powered projects—including waste—and biofuel projects, photovoltaic projects, geothermal projects, solar thermal projects, hydroelectric projects), energy from conventional sources (oil & gas), procurement and transport and distribution infrastructure for energy and gas, commercial contracts for the use of infrastructure, project finance in general, acquisition and leveraged finance, with a particular focus on green financing and ESG issues in general.

Carola Antonini joined the Firm in 1990 and became a Partner in 2003. Since 2024 Co-Head of the "Energy and Infrastructure" Practice Area and since 2025 Head of the “Project Finance” Practice Area.
