András has worked on almost all of the M&A transactions of the firm in the past years. He is usually leading the due diligence exercises and he is responsible for contract drafting and closing processes. He has valuable experience in banking and finance, and real estate related transactions. In the context of M&A transactions he is responsible for, and coordinates all, the regulatory filings, including FDI filings, and has gained significant experience in these areas as well.
