Andrea has 27 years of M&A experience in cross-border and domestic M&A transactions in various industries, including leasing, retail, pharma wholesale and IT. Andrea has been an active member of the Hungarian leasing association for 15 years, and as such, she participated in codification of various statutes. She is also a guest lecturer in corporate law at the Faculty of Law of Eötvös Loránd Univesrity in Budapest.

She assists her clients not only in company establishments and acquisitions, but also in major restructuring deals - including the related licensing procedures in the financial sector.
