Senior Associate, Dispute Resolution

Tereza is a valued member of the dispute resolution team, where she specialises primarily in civil litigation and arbitration, representing clients in a wide range of complex disputes. Beyond her core focus, she also advises on compliance and employment law matters, working closely with colleagues to organise and lead public seminars aimed at raising awareness and understanding of these important legal areas.

In addition to her practice, Tereza is actively involved in legal publishing, contributing insightful articles to respected journals such as Rodinné listy, further demonstrating her commitment to the development of legal knowledge and practice.
