Senior Associate, Employment Law, Corporate, Compliance & Investigations

Nikol is a Senior Associate and leads the employment team within the firm’s compliance department.

She advises clients on complex employment law matters, including hiring and termination processes, the implementation of internal compliance frameworks, and representation in employment-related disputes. In addition, Nikol works closely with the M&A team on acquisition projects, where she is responsible for all labour law aspects of the transactions.
