Lorenz is a key member in our firm’s M&A practice. He has profound experience in complex cross-border M&A transactions, joint ventures and capital markets law. He has advised numerous large national and international corporate clients in complex M&A projects, joint ventures and on capital markets law. Moreover, he advises several publicly listed Austrian companies on corporate law.
In addition, he frequently lectures on M&A and capital market disclosure requirements.
