Michaela has represented clients in contentious proceedings for 25 years and developed a deep expertise in representing clients in, among other legal areas, insurance and construction litigation. Her diligence and commitment to her clients has allowed her to become preferred counsel for major Austrian companies as well as various public entities and companies.

In addition Michaela has extensive expertise in procurement law and is also a speaker at seminars in the field of construction related procurement. Recently, Michaela contributed a chapter on e-procurement in a forthcoming handbook on digitalisation.

Michalea has represented and advised national and international clients in commercial litigation for more than 20 years. She specialises in public procurement, insurance, construction and contract law.
